David Wolf is a writer, independent researcher, and lifelong autodidact whose work explores the relationship between truth, institutional authority, and moral responsibility. Restlessly curious, he approaches ideas by asking the questions that institutions often prefer to leave unanswered: What exactly has failed? What are the defining characteristics of the failure? What consequences does it produce? What conditions allowed it to occur? And what are its underlying root causes? This investigative habit was shaped by his professional experience in medical-device quality systems and CAPA investigations, where evidence, traceability, causal analysis, corrective action, and accountability are practical requirements rather than abstract ideals. Wolf studies social sciences and humanities at the Open University of Israel and currently lives in Hamburg, Germany.
