“Like a Kite on a Wire” follows Haim, a sensitive young man in 1960s Jerusalem, through his high school years and military service in Sinai. The story centers on his deep friendship with Ayal and the love that develops between Ayal and Haim’s sister, Ruhama. After Haim falls in the War of Attrition, the narrative weaves between past and present through Ayal’s memories, intertwining historical events and offering hope for the future.

 

Synopsis:
