Book Pirate Agency works extensively to build, maintain, and expand its network of international contacts in order to promote the books and authors it represents. Our catalogue, which is sent three times a year to approximately 1,500 publishers and literary agencies worldwide, travels with us to major international book fairs across the globe, including London, Frankfurt, Delhi, and others.
The agency itself maintains broad international connections with distribution companies, production companies, literary agencies, and publishers around the world. Among our international partners are:
The Prague International Book Fair focused this year on the themes of “Europe” and “History,” alongside a broader exploration of literature as a voice of freedom. The motto accompanying the events was taken from a quote by Milan Kundera, a favorite of the Book Pirate team: “The struggle of man against power is the struggle of memory against forgetting.”
The fair hosted more than 900 exhibitors from dozens of countries and featured panels with leading international figures, including Nobel Prize–winning author Abdulrazak Gurnah, historian Timothy Snyder, and Israeli author and filmmaker Shemi Zarhin.

We are arriving at the New Delhi Book Fair with an updated catalogue featuring ten new titles and a packed schedule of meetings with Asian publishers from India, China, the Philippines, and Thailand.
As one of the world’s largest book fairs, the New Delhi Book Fair provides access to markets representing hundreds of millions of readers across Asia. We have already established personal relationships with many of these agents and publishers, and in some cases have also acquired international distribution rights for their books.

Equipped with a packed schedule of meetings and an impressive international catalogue, both in size and presentation, we set out for one of the world’s three major book fairs — London 2025.
We met with 30 international literary agencies and publishers from across the globe, including Korea, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, India, and even Saudi Arabia. We received a warm and welcoming reception from all of them, including representatives of a Turkish publishing house.
Follow-up meetings have already been scheduled with several of these publishers and agencies and are currently taking place, with the aim of exploring the acquisition of rights to some of the books featured in our catalogue.

We proudly represent you at the Frankfurt Book Fair as well, the world’s largest book fair and even bigger than London. Hundreds of publishers and literary agencies take part, alongside thousands of agents, rights professionals, and acquisition editors.
Our team met with publishers from India, Dubai, Germany, and the United States. Our catalogue is filled with new books, new authors, and a wide range of genres and categories.
The unique concept we developed — and which has already been adopted by other agencies — connects outstanding new manuscripts with publishers eager to discover distinctive Israeli writing and bring it to international audiences.
