Limor spent her childhood in a kibbutz, an experience that shaped her human and communal values, granting her a great deal of freedom and independence. Later in life, she traveled and explored various regions around the world, but primarily lived in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Since 2005, Limor has been living with and married to Adi Feld, a lecturer in positive psychology at Reichman University. Together they are raising their daughter, Yuval. In 2007, Limor was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis – a turning point that led to a profound personal and professional transformation. Until the onset of the illness, Limor managed shops and businesses with a firm hand. Her encounter with naturopath and researcher Ilana Rogel exposed her to knowledge and research dealing with the emotional, cognitive, and nutritional aspects of health, as well as methods that support coping with multiple sclerosis. Since 2010, Limor has been engaged in personal guidance and coaching for emotional and physical well-being. She guides people coping with illnesses such as Parkinson’s, cancer, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, and other chronic diseases. Limor also serves as the manager of Migdalor Center, Ilana Rogel’s digital platform offering courses and knowledge that integrate body, mind, consciousness, and personal growth. In 2021, Limor Tamir published her first book in Hebrew, Less-Beat – a personal memoir dealing with identity, self-acceptance, and the process of healing life. The success of the book in Hebrew encouraged its translation into English, and in 2026 it was published under the title Relentless, reaching an international readership. Limor finds deep fulfillment in witnessing hope in the people she accompanies. Her work emphasizes the importance of expanding awareness and deepening consciousness. Alongside her great appreciation for conventional medicine, she believes that meaningful and lasting healing requires personal responsibility, understanding, and exploration of the emotional and perceptual patterns that shape our lives. From these principles, Limor Tamir continues, through her book as well, to inspire people to integrate self-awareness, courage, and inner transformation into their healing journey.
