Maya Edry Roetlher is a writer of stories and screenplays, an illustrator and artist. Her first novel “And My World Renewed” was published in August 2024. She is currently working on her second novel. She has created three short films that were screened at festivals in Israel, and her screenplay for a short animated film received a grant from the Gesher Fund. She holds a master’s degree in English Literature and Translation from Tel Aviv University. She works in writing, translation, English teaching, and illustration. She is married, a mother to three adult children, and lives in Ramat Gan.
